CRM/ERP Installations Most Prevalent at Large CITDB Sites (1000+ Employees)
During interviews with 278,709 North American locations, Harte-Hanks has identified 71,835 sites with some indication of CRM/ERP activity. CRM/ERP indicators include:

· The presence of or plans to purchase named CRM software package such as Siebel, Vantive, or Clarify.
· Sites that report more general CRM applications of their installed hardware such as sales force automation, customer service/support, marketing.
· The presence of or plans to purchase named ERP software package such as BAAN, JD Edwards, Lawson, Oracle, and Peoplesoft.
· Sites that report more general CRM or ERP applications such of specific hardware installed at the location.

The graph breaks down CRM/EPR by employee size. 50% penetration indicates that 50% of all sites within this size band within the CITDB have one of the CRM/ERP indicators present.

Note:  The CI Technology Database consists of locations with technology decision-making authority or high levels of technology equipment installed.  There are approximately 280,000 North American sites in the database.
