During interviews of 278,709 North American sites, Harte-Hanks identified 23,562 Call Centers. Call Centers are identified either as inbound, outbound, or inbound & outbound during interviews.

Note:  The CI Technology Database consists of locations with technology decision-making authority or high levels of technology equipment installed.  There are approximately 280,000 North American sites in the database.
