How to use Sales Pipeline fields in accessCI

Sales Pipeline and Custom Fields - Sales Pipeline allows accessCI to be used like a Sales Force Automation tool. The user may track details about the opportunity status of a contact, a site (company location) or an enterprise from within their company’s accessCI subscription. Users can add comments regarding the date a lead was called or the status of business such as if a proposal has been sent, if an order is pending or if a sale has been won or lost. These details can then be used to query the database - for example you can search for all the sites that have 50% or more probability of closing or all sites where a sale has been won.
Sales Pipeline and Custom Fields can be added to site list, contact list or enterprise list report. The information added is only visible to users who have access to the same selection of data within your company. All users within your company will have access to searching and reporting on data which has been added.
